










Internal Training on Food Fraud and Food Safety at Our New Plant

Food fraud could be understood as the intentional deception of a customer or a consumer for an undue advantage, economic or not (FAO, 2020).
Food Fraud Prevention Programme based on vulnerability assessment has been established at our new plant since it was put into operation in 2020, which is effectively carried out to prevent intentional adulteration of products or processes for economic reasons and with the intention to defraud.
In order to strengthen the understanding and prevention of Food Fraud, an internal refresh training regarding Food Fraud prevention and Food Safety Law was organized to all staff at our new plant located at 30 Tongwang Road, Economic & Technological Development Zone, Nantong, Jiangsu Province during the overall maintenance period.
