Recently, fifty-four metric tons of food-grade glucoamylase for alcohol and brewing were dispatched from our warehouse to Shanghai for delivery to the United States.
Produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation and extraction processes, our glucoamylase products are featured with robust activity which enable high starch-to-sugar conversion rate. Our customers in the U.S. have benefited from the higher alcohol yields, faster fermentation and less starch residuals by using our glucoamylase in the production of alcohol and brewing.
