Food fraud could be understood as the intentional deception of a customer or a consumer for an undue advantage, economic or not (FAO, 2020).

A Food Fraud Prevention Programme based on vulnerability assessment has been established in our Company since 2017 to prevent intentional adulteration of products or processes for economic reasons and with the intention to defraud.

In order to refresh and strengthen the awareness of Food Fraud, an internal training was given to all staff at our plant located at 93 Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Jiangsu Province on September 8th , 2021.
