HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points Program)  is an internationally recognized management system in which food safety is addressed through the analysis and control of biological, chemical, and physical hazards from raw material production, procurement and handling, to manufacturing, distribution and consumption of the finished product. Many of the world’s best manufacturers and vendors use the HACCP system as a basis for their food safety management programs and for compliance with GFSI audit schemes.

HACCP has been implemented in our 1st factory since 2013 and has been reviewed on annual basis. Recently, the refresh training of updated HACCP has been carried out for all staff of production, quality control, warehouse and logistics in our plant during the annual maintenance period. The internal trainer is Mr. Huang Xiujie, the HACCP team leader and one of the certified HACCP auditors in our plant.
