We have successfully passed the audit for our current Kosher Certificate .
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, this audit was conducted by a video audit.
The word “kosher” means “proper” or “fit” in Hebrew. It refers to a set of dietary principals originated from the Five Books of Moses in the Hebrew Bible that govern both the selection and preparation of food strictly. In general, kosher foods are perceived to be healthier and better in quality and safety. With an overall increased awareness of food safety and preparation procedures, more and more consumers are buyer kosher products for healthy and safety reasons rather than purely religious reasons.
