Acid Cellulase AC-150

Product Description

 Description
AC-150 is high concentration acid cellulase produced from strains of Trichoderma reesei through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining process. AC-150 is a protein with a special catalytic effect on the 1, 4-β-glucose bond of cellulose. Its enzyme molecule is a thousand times larger than  water molecule, so it will not penetrate into fiber interior, and the hydrolysis is carried out only on the surface or near 1, 4-β-glucose bond of cellulose fibers, thus improves the finishing process of the surface of cellulosic fabrics, enables lasting anti-pilling effects and improves the smoothness and softness of fabrics.
AC-150 is specially designed for bio-polishing during the finishing processes of cellulosic fabrics such as cotton, ramie, linin and the blended fabrics. It can be reformulated to achieve various desirable fuzz-removing effects and styles, and is also suitable for enzymatic washing at garment laundry industry and dyeing plants.

Application & Benefits
Use of AC-150 in bio-polishing enables quick de-fuzzing, unique hand feeling of softness and smoothness, lustrous colors and permanent anti-pilling effects without damage to fabrics. It also ensures high efficiency in denim washing with high contrast and low backstaining.

Usage Guidelines
Typical bio-polishing conditions for AC-150 are as follows:
Enzyme Dosage:
0.1∼0.5% (omf, exact dosage depends on the actual processing requirement )
Bath ratio:
5∼15L / kg fabric
Processing time:
20∼40 minutes ( exact time depends on actual processing requirement)
Processing temperature:
30∼60 ° C, optimal temperature range 50∼55 ° C
pH range:
4.0∼6.0, optimal pH range 4.5∼5.0
Note:
Adjust pH with glacial acetic acid and sodium acetate if necessary
Inactivation of enzyme can be realized by : a) increase pH to 9 with sodium carbonate, or heat
to 80°C and keep for 10 minutes, wash the fabric twice; b) treat with bleaching agents.

Packaging, Storage & Shelf-life
Typical packaging is 25kg, 30kg HDPE plastic drums or 1125kg IBC totes. Customized packing is also available upon request.
Typical shelf-life is six months if this product is stored below 25°C in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from the sunlight. Prolonged storage and/or adverse conditions such as higher temperatures may lead to a higher dosage requirement.

Safe Handling of Enzymes
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with the skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
