Acid Cellulase CE-0100S

Product Description

CE-0100S is an acid cellulase enzyme produced from strains of Trichoderma reesei through submerged fermentation and a series of extraction and refining process. It is a group of synergistic multi-component complex enzymes that degrade cellulose to produce oligosaccharides or monosaccharides. CE-0100S has found its wide application in animal feed industry.
Use of CE-0100S offers the following benefits to animal feed industry:
Break the cell wall of feed pellets and promote the release of nutrients;
Promote the secretion of endogenous enzymes in animals, and improve the endogenous enzyme activity in the digestive tract;
Oligosaccharides produced by degrading cellulose can promote the reproduction of beneficial bacteria in the intestines and improve animal immunity;
Maximize the utilization of cellulose in feeds and increase the use of unconventional feed.

Effect of pH
CE-0100S can work at pH from 4.3 to 6.0, with its optimal pH range from 4.5 to 5.0.
Effect of Temperature
CE-0100S can work at temperatures from 30 to 75℃, with its optimal temperatures from 55 to 60℃.
Dosage Guidelines
CE-0100S can be used as feed additive to improve digestibility of feeds, help animal digestion and absorption, significantly increase the weight, milk production and egg production of poultry and livestock, and improve disease resistance and environmental adaptability. The recommended dosage of CE-0100S is 20∼100g/ton of TMR diet.
CE-0100S is packaged in 20kg PP woven bags with inner plastic bags. Customized packaging is available upon request.
Storage & Shelf-life
  • Avoid direct sunlight and rain during transportation.
  • The storage room should be kept clean, cool and dry, preferably with air-conditioner.
  • Typical shelf-life is tweleve months if this product is stored below 25℃ in its original packaging, sealed and unopened, protected from direct sunlight.
  • The shelf-life will be longer if it is stored properly at 0∼10℃.
Safe Handling of Enzymes
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of contact with skin or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least 15 minutes. For detailed handling information, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet.
