DESCRIPTION Alpha-Amylase HT-400 is derived from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis using submerged fermentation and refining extraction techniques. HT-400 is an endoamylase which can rapidly decrease the viscosity of gelatinous starch solutions by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the alpha-D-1,4 glucosidic bonds to produce soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides.

DESCRIPTION Heat stable Alpha-Amylase HT-0400 is a powder enzyme preparation derived from Bacillus licheniformis through submerged fermentation and refining extraction process. It is an endoamylase which can rapidly decrease the viscosity of gelatinous starch solution by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the alpha-D-1, 4 glucosidic bonds to produce soluble dextrin and oligosaccharides.

DESCRIPTION Pullulanase PU-700 is derived from selected strains of Bacillus licheniformis by submerged fermentation and refining extraction process. This enzyme is especially used for hydrolysisof Pullulan (a polymer connected by maltotriose with α-1,6 glycosidic bonds). PU-700 can efficiently cut α-1,6 glucosidic bonds of the amylopectin , then cut the entire branch structure to produce amyloase.
