Renewal of Kosher Certificate
We have successfully passed the on-site audit at our plant located at 93 Yangzhou Road, Jiangyan Economic Development Zone, Taizhou city, Jiangsu province for the renewal of our Kosher certificate.
In addition to the original 13 enzyme products, including Alpha-Amylase, Catalase, Cellulase, Compound enzyme preparation (Glucoamylase/Pullulanase), Fungal Alpha-Amylase, Glucoamylase, Lipase, Pectinase, Protease, Pullulanase, Beta-Glucoamylase, Thermostable Alpha-Amylase and Xylanase, our new food additive products, including cultured wheat products, cultured rice products, cultured oat products, etc. are Kosher certified.
Cultured Wheat Products (CWP) are natural food-additives produced from fermentation of propionibacterium followed by the downstream processes. Due to its ideal properties of anti-spoilage and pathogen-inhibiting, CWP is deemed an ideal alternative to chemical preservatives for food industries such as baking, meat products and sauces.
